HEAD CHEF: This is a hands-on position and you will be required to work in all areas of the business if required. You will need to lead by example and be competent in all areas of cooking and cleaning whilst maintaining a high level of Food Hygiene Standards & HACCAP controls. As part of the our food & beverage team you will be required to assist our guests in a polite and professional manner whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and have a well groomed appearance at all times. Directly and physically responsible for the preparation and presentation of food consistent with food safety standards and company guidelines. Lead a team of chefs’ cooks and kitchen hands to ensure highest quality of food is presented in reasonable time.

As part of the our food & beverage team you will be required to assist our guests in a polite and professional manner whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and have a well groomed appearance at all times. Directly and physically responsible for the preparation and presentation of food consistent with food safety standards and company guidelines. Assist and lead a team of chefs’ cooks and kitchen hands to ensure highest quality of food is presented in reasonable time.

KITCHEN PORTERS: Working in a fast paced environment as part of the food & beverage team you will be required to assist the Head Chef in preparation of food, cleaning of all cutlery and crockery and general kitchen duties. Your aim is to work in a professional timely manner ensuring that our guests receive the best possible product. Previous experience in a fast environment is required.
