Hotel and Restaurant Managers This position is a hands-on and you will be required to work in all areas of the operation. As part of a Food and Beverage team you will be required to serve and assist our guests in a polite and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer service with a well groomed appearance. Your aim is to ensure the smooth operation of the venue in relation to standard operating procedures and Hygiene strategy, whilst encouraging and furthering the training of all staff. You will also be required to engage in selected administrative tasks such as rostering, timecard authorisation and human resource management. More Information... Head Chefs This position is a hands-on position and you will be required to oversee the daily operation of the kitchen. Chefs and Cooks These positions report directly to the Head Chef. Responsibilities will be to prepare and serve food in accordance with the Head Chef's directions. All Kitchen staff will be required to wear a uniform and abide by Hygiene strategy and standard operating procedures. Kitchen Porters These positions report directly to the Head Chef. Kitchen porters will be responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas in accordance with Hygiene Strategy. Porters will be required to be flexible in their shifts and will be required to wear a uniform. More Information... Wait Staff, Bar Staff and Baristas These positions report directly to the Manager. Duties will involve all aspects of hospitality. Successful applicants will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, professionalism and ability to be flexible and show a working knowledge of a bars coffee machines and till systems.
Drivers These positions require people with a bright deposition and good customer skills. Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for transporting customers and stores around the mountain. Successful applicants will receive training in the operation of Snow Cat Vehicles and will be supplied with protective clothing. Applicants must have a current drivers licence. More Information... Tickets sellers and Radio Operators Tickets sellers are the first contact with our mountain guests, so these applicants need to be able to maintain a high level of customer service whilst keeping a well-groomed appearance. Applicants must be computer literate and be able to handle cash and operate EFTPOS transactions. Applicants must be reliable and flexible in their working hours and be able to handle any customer complaints. More Information... Mechanics Demonstrated skills in the maintenance and repair of diesel and petrol engines as well as a very strong work ethic is required for this position. The hours are long however the tasks are wide and varied. Maintenance tasks will vary between Snow Cats, snow mobiles and Four wheel drive vehicles. Accounts Assistant Applicants must have a high standard of work ethic and have a working knowledge of M.Y.O.B, balance sheet reconciliation, payroll procedures and banking. The successful applicant will report directly to the Company Accountant and will be required to work without supervision frequently. More Information... Secretary/General Clerk Reporting to the Company Accountant this position requires applicants with general knowledge of M.Y.O.B (or similar office applications) and computing skills.
