VENUE MANAGER: This is a hands-on management position where you are required to work in all areas of the business. You will need to lead by example and be competent in all areas of management and service. As part of the food& beverage team you will be required to serve and assist our guests in a polite and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer service. You must have a well groomed appearance at all times. Approved Manager/Duty Manager of establishment, opening and closing and securing premises. Responsible for; beverage ordering, stock management, staff management, daily cash reconciliation, provide food & beverage service whilst managing all aspects of the restaurant, guest conflict resolution, ensuring venue and team are OH&S compliant, assist marketing with promotions. Minimum 2 years experience in Management is required and must hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

Directly responsible for; assisting venue manager ,assisting with beverage ordering, stock management, staff management, provide food & beverage service whilst managing all aspects of the restaurant, guest conflict resolution, ensuring venue and team are OH&S compliant, assist marketing with promotions. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and you must hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

Previous experience in a similar role and you must hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

BARTENDERS, BARISTAS, WAITERS AND FOOD ATTENDANTS
This is a hands-on position and you will be required to work in all areas of the business. As part of the food & beverage team you will be required to serve and assist our guests in a polite and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.. To actively participate in the display, service presentation and sale of food and beverage in all the company restaurants and bars. You must be able to carry 3 plates, have barista experience in a fast paced environment and have food and wine knowledge. A minimum 1 year experience is essential.All Bartenders, baristas, waiters and food attendants require a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
